21 Dalhousie Avenue (Queen & Church area)

Elm is a modern café and cocktail bar with a distinct evening atmosphere and subtle speakeasy feel. As a standalone venue, it can be fully sectioned off for exclusive use, unlike our lobby-based locations, making it the most private-feeling space within 10 DEAN.

Elm is also the only location with full kitchen capacity, allowing for passed food and a more structured event experience.

Best suited for: • Corporate gatherings and client events • Brand launches and professional networking • Fully private buyouts from 5:00pm • Group table reservations during the day

Waverley

Waverley is a bright, art-filled café space with a warm, communal energy. The dedicated coworking area becomes the focal point for evening group events, while the main café and bar remain open to the public, depending on the format.

Waverley is also home to our hands-on workshops, bringing together coffee, matcha, and community in a relaxed, social setting.

Best suited for: • Evening group events in the coworking area • Community and association gatherings from 6:00pm • Private workshops (Matcha or Coffee) • Full buyouts for larger social events from 7:00pm
